Ristrutturazione con recupero di sottotetto di un appartamento privato di 160 mq.

Il progetto ha modificato interamente la distribuzione interna con la realizzazione di una zona giorno open-space che accoglie gli ospiti all'ingresso in una cucina incassata il cui fulcro è la grande isola centrale, separata ed unita alla zona pranzo soggiorno dalla colonna attrezzata con bio camino.

Le gole luminose segnano il lungo corridoio di distribuzione che conduce alla zona notte padronale, con cabina armadio a vista ed un elegante bagno ad uso esclusivo dotato di idromassagio, cromoterapia e doccia incassata.

In fondo al corridoio trovano posto due camere separate per i figli dei proprietari, dotate di bagni caratterizzati dalle cromie per lui e per lei.

Il progetto ha interessato la distribuzione interna, gli aspetti strutturali per il recupero del sottotetto, il rifacimento completo di tutti gli impianti, l'interior design degli ambienti e degli elementi d'arredo.

Restructuring with recovery attic of an apartment of 160 square meters.

The project completely changed the internal distribution with the creation of an open-space living area that welcomes guests to the entrance to a built-in kitchen whose center is the large central island, separate and joined to the dining area living from the column equipped with bio fireplace.

The luminous gorges mark the long distribution corridor leading to the master bedroom, with a walk-in closet and an exclusive bathroom with exclusive hydromassage, chromotherapy and shower enclosure.

At the far end of the corridor they find two separate rooms for the owners' children, which have baths characterized by the colors for him and for her.

The project involved the internal distribution, the structural aspects for the recovery of the attic, the complete refurbishment of all the systems, the interior design of the environments and the furnishing elements.
